Pink Floyd, TIme & the Social Networks
I woke up too early this morning and ended up listening to Time from Pink Floyd’s most awesome album, Dark Side of The Moon. The lyrics reminded me of all the time we spend on social networks, without realizing why, how and what for.
Ticking away the moments that make up a dull day
You fritter and waste the hours in an off hand way
Kicking around on a piece of ground in your home town
Waiting for someone or something to show you the wayTired of lying in the sunshine staying home to watch the rain
You are young and life is long and there is time to kill today

I rarely listen to music when I run. But when I do, it’s often DSOTM.
This stanza is the one for the win.
