What an amazing & astonishing bit of driving [video]

This is not a video game. This is not a movie stunt. Instead it is Ken Block doing his thing on the streets of San Francisco in his tricked out Ford Fiesta. It is the best thing you will see today on the web. Simply heart racing, pulse pumping driving. Watch in full-screen mode.

Ugh. I’d hate to have lived anywhere near that disgusting gas-fumed tire-burning mess. How many attempts did it take? Check out the tire marks. 10? 15? Probably 6am on a Sunday morning to boot. Nice.

Wow! Powerful drive and production. Wonder what was the cost (money/ traffic jams) to have a car-free bay bridge and SF.

Danny’s video is poetic and beautiful and blends into its environment, where Ken Block’s is noisy, smelly and stupid. Would be much better with an electric car. And I say that since I loved ‘The Rock’ and expected this to be similar.
