Let the Games Begin. My Fantasy Baseball Team
I can’t believe that the baseball season is upon us. And with that has come fantasy season. This season we merged Playball 2.0 and GigaHoo leagues into one “roto” style league, Playball 2.0. With 16 teams run by managers who include some well known tech-industry insiders, the competition is going to be fierce.
I think I am going to need some help on this. All tips and tricks would be greatly appreciated. The league also a Facebook page. Here is my team on Yahoo Sports.
Things have not gotten off to a good start – Ichiro is on the DL and I heard about David Price starting the season in the minors. Oh well, I am going to be making some changes.
In the real world, I am wishing for a Rays-Cubs World Series. It is particularly hard for me to write this, given my loyalty to the New York Yankees. However, as long as Yanks have A-Fraud, there is little or no chance they will win. He kills the team chemistry. Meanwhile, the ole NY hat is out and I be wearing it to the A’s and Giants games later this season.
