Agreed. HOWEVER. It all about UI. HTML is showing it’s age as we stack more and more hacks on top of it. HTML 5 resolves a lot of these issues, but creating a touchscreen, local app that taps the web for data, is a leap into the future of what the internet could be without the confines of current standards and browsers.
