March 28, Falu @ Mercury Lounge, NYC

Up-and-coming Indian vocalist Falu has the rare ability to seamlessly blend a signature rock style with a formidable classically shaped talent. From rapid, striking notes to soft, flowing melodies, her vocal and stylistic ranges vary with ease. Falu was recently featured on the cover of Global Rhythm and received a great response from radio for the song she included on the compilation. Her last NYC performance was at Pianos where she played to a sold out crowd and all proceeds were donated to CARE for the tsunami relief.
