Often people ask me what is your favorite website/blog. I tell them its Rui’s The Tao of Mac. Why? Because when is not dismissing the Web 2.0 hype, the madness over muni wifi, he is busy coming up the best one (or two) liners.
All the fuss about the new crop of media-oriented PCs has had me thinking that the entire PC industry keeps barking up the wrong tree. After all, the expense of shrinking a PC while ensuring it is capable of running Windows XP for the purpose of time-shifting TV has got to be one of the most wasteful engineering endeavors ever.
Rui, I need to get SoonR to send you a dev version of their SoonR for Mac. Its Citrix for rest of us 🙂 Also, why can’t someone make a Wiki with Comments? I would like PBwiki mashed with Vanilla. Web 2.0 goodness …. yum!
Wouldn’t a wiki with comments just be a blog?
jesse
yes you are right. but i want to get a wiki+ comments => almost like a daily blotter to drop links on the page, with one liners etc. you know what i am talking about. today’s blogging tools too much stuff going on there.
I agree, better tools are needed. It’s an issue with software in general, though. Hell, Powerpoint still leaves a lot to be desired and how long has that been around?
YOu bet Om, Rui’s Blog is my personal favourite as well!!!
