  • Despite lack of motivation, hit the treadmill to burn off a lot of extra calories that come with the weekend.
  • Had one full green-veggie day and went without eating anything cooked.
  • Spent time with friends including visiting a foot massage center in Richmond.
  • Watched Body of Lies. Fantastic movie based on a novel by David Ignatius and directed by Ridley Scott, currently my favorite director. I would give this movie three out of five stars. I thought Russell Crowe was marginally competent, Leonardo a bit bland. The support cast was fantastic, and saved the movie.
  • Kept away from the computer for about 48 hours – massive personal achievement. I cheated & constantly checked my Blackberry 8900.
  • Finished reading Voices, a thriller by Arnaldur Indridason. Highly recommended for people who love police procedurals, though it is a tad slow. I much rather prefer Hakan Nesser.
  • Finished packing for a long trip. I almost never know what to carry with me, and end up overpacking. I will be taking a bit of a break, but stay tuned for some interesting photographs.
