Earlier this week I interviewed Kevin Systrom, CEO & Co-Founder of Instagram, probably one of the most used apps on my iPhone. I think this company is on the cusp of something bigger. It has 3.2 million users and nearly a third of them are from overseas. Enjoy the video.

Thanks OM and KEVIN for this amazing interview. I came across it when I joined Instagram in April last yr and since then I’ve watched it couple of times just to go thru three main points for every entrepreneurs:
– Try to solve existing issues rather than unknown issue and you’d better off than others.
– Do not try to provide hundreds of features in one product/app. No one cares abt it! As long as product/app does one thing better than others, product/app has a long way to go.
– You don’t know how users would react to your product/app until you put your products/app in the market. Try to put it as early as possible and iterate it while users experience it.
