Andy Bechtolsheim — computing pioneer, Sun Microsystems co-founder and now CDO of Arista Networks is well know as the guy who cut the first check for Google as an angel investor. A long standing pillar of Silicon Valley, Bechtolsheim has been involved in more startups and technologies than anyone else. At our Structure Big Data Conference, I asked him a variety of questions, and one of them was why do start-ups fail? His response is worth watching:
