  1. Good quote. But our minds are wired that way.. It’s our first impression which creates the reputation. If a brand is good, we do go back based on reputation. If the first impression is bad, would we be willing to take the risk? So doesn’t reputation matter? The problem is people banking on reputation and not delivering…
