2.5 Vines = Instagram Video
Instagram launched video — you can take videos for 15 seconds, apply a filter and share it to the world. That is 2.5 times the length of Vine, a short video taking app that was acquired by Twitter. 2.5 times more doesn’t make it better.. Just saying!

Some of the features on Instagram are nice such as camera stabilization. I’m interested to see what the Vine update looks like though (http://www.businessinsider.com/vine-teases-new-features-2013-6).
How do u get it on Androids??
Not sure of Instagram’s real motivation here but Vine seemed to be growing fast. Instagram has clearly responded.
