Friday is the day when I actually find sometime to sift through my reading materials. Here are three articles/blog posts I found this week that are worthy of your time.
- Pete Warden, who recently sold his company, Jetpac, to Google has written a great piece about why the nerd culture has to die because what was the rebel alliance is now the empire and it cannot continue to behave like the rebels.
- Erica Schoenberger argues the urban sprawl isn’t such a bad thing. Actually I never really thought about it like that. As an accompanying piece to her essay, read Brad Templeton’s piece about robocars and urban densities. Illuminating!
- I have never been a fan of Banana Republic, so to find a piece that talks about their history and a time when they were cool was literally cool.
PS: Day 5 of my #30daysofblogging challenge with Hiten, Toni and Michael.
Thanks for bringing this back. Your weekly curated list of things to read was missed and hopefully you will find time to continue posting these lists.
