NBA star Thabo Sefolosha (and Atlanta Hawks shooting guard) was assaulted by cops in New York and he is telling his story in the December 2015 issue of GQ magazine. He rejected the plea offer, went to court and won. Videos of that fateful night outside a Chelsea nightclub, helped make his case. But that win has come at a price as his professional career went off script. He has sued the NYPD for $50 million. GQ.com as an excerpt of the story, and is worth a read. [GQ]
