Researchers at University of California, Santa Barbara have developed a new way to deliver insulin to diabetics — by a pill, instead of injecting oneself with Insulin, usually in the stomach. Over 29 million Americans have diabetes. As a diabetic, this is a great development, though I personally have found that restraint and quality of diet is a good way to minimize dependence on Insulin.
