Private Equity, Huawei to buy out 3Com’s China Play

Bain Capital, Silver Lake Partners and Huawei plan to buy out 3Com’s stake in company’s joint venture with Huawei called Huawei-3Com Co. reports Bloomberg. The three year old joint venture accounts for nearly 51% of 3Com sales.
