ATI a takeover target – AMD, Intel, TI and Broadcom interested?

ATI’s recent troubles make it ripe for a takeover. AMD and Intel are interested in the company, so are TI and Broadcom. I suspect, Qualcomm will get in on the action since they are closely working with ATI on mobile graphic chips, and would not like the technologies end-up in the hand of arch enemies – Intel, TI and Broadcom.
