Battlle Gets Cash
FM Publishing has just nailed some angel funding from the likes of Omidyar Network which led the round, with The New York Times Company and Mitchell Kapor, Andrew Anker, Mike Homer, and Tim O’Reilly also participating. Anker of SixApart… Hmmm. does this mean the writers in the FM federation will now be nudged to use SixApart’s TypePad?
Boy, I hope they don’t use Typepad. We all know what that means, don’t we Om? 😉
Seriously though, having talked to Battelle about FM Publishing, I don’t think he’s interested in changing anybody’s blog at all. I seriously doubt this is a Gawker play.
