Er… current development kits for Intel-based Macs use a BIOS rather than the (lovely!) Open Firmware that we’ve come to love…
Perhaps Paul just needs one of those old fashioned, Travelling Tent Revival Preachers to lay hands on his computer and say, with conviction: “Eeeevil BIOS… OUTTTTAH!”
