Cable users: waiting for 3 megabits

Karl Bode over at Broadband Reports is saying that cable users are waiting for their service providers to upgrade the download speeds to 3 megabits per second. Nice, but only if you can get it. Some former Time Warner’s Roadrunner customers are finding out that it is not that easy.
