  9. So sorry to hear you were not well, but glad that you’ve got the help you need. When I read vices I thought for a moment you had a secret vice! Coffee, good food, and cigars! We’re all in trouble! Seriously, my prayers are with you and of course we’ll all understand that you will need some well earned time.

  10. three things to get you better: Nopal ( Mexican catus in a capsul)-has lowered my colesterol, Alaska salmon fish oil (200 mg)- will help unblock arteries, GOLF with no cart…ie walking 18 holes ( get a caddy to carry your clubs) will help relieve stress plus its fun. Get well fast and nameste amigo.
