Wall Street Journal’s Jesse Drucker has been all over the trend of wifi-enabling cities, and has done some seriously good reporting. Today Drucker talks about growing number of cities which are planning to roll out their own WiFi Clouds, including San Francisco, Cleveland, LA, Milwaukee and Charleston, South Carolina. Dozens of cities and towns are rolling out Wi-Fi as a way to spur economic development in low-income neighborhoods not yet reached by the private sector.
