I think I know both monkeys.
Think of all the billions and billions of dollars of wasted payroll dollars for PHBs that could be freed up by this system! It’s almost enough to cover the social cost of everybody else losing their jobs.
I believe they call that “burning the village in order to save it.” Any ideas for Plan B?
