  1. Nice, I like the insider feel of this post… considering you wrote it while you were there I presume?

iMovie 8 sounds great, I’m sure apple will succeed in creating a even simple user interface.

I hope there are major improvements to Garage Band.

  2. With all the respect I have for Om and troupe for their insightful blog, I just cannot seem to stop laughing at this stupidity, the hype of all Apple events — Om checking in if what his idol, the God himself, said is true and if the products are available in stores or not. OMG, they are actually not! Om, are you able to breathe on not finding those products in the store? Jeez, move on!

  3. Yawn! “Best notebooks and desktops”. The Cupertino Kool-Aid is officially spiked with PCP. More overpriced Fischer Price looking hardware for drones…

Yawn, till they ever cross 3% marketshare…

  4. I like the new apple keyboard. I wonder if it’s the harbinger of the end of ‘the button’ which has barely changed since my Commodore 64. It also says a lot about how laptops are influencing desktops.

  5. “Have you never heard of interception of wireless transmissions?”

Maybe with someone else in the same room with a receiver magically on the same channel, but a “football field’s length” away? Get real.

If you’re not concerned about security then the ease of eavesdropping on wireless keyboards probably doesn’t matter to you. If 40 bit encryption (2^40) is considered really weak encryption today, then I hope you’re satisfied with your 2^8 channels providing your security.
