You may interested in a economic study I just completed on the TIPTop tariff. It is called “SBC TIPTop tariff – a gift horse you CAN look in the mouth”. It concludes that it is a gotcha tariff which looks attractive (for those paying access charges at least) but is full of restrictions which would make it totaly uneconomic.
