Joe Nacchio, former CEO of Qwest who is in all sorts of legal trouble with SEC says he did not do anything wrong, and the government is doing “enforcement by hindsight.” Not to be left behind, former CFO Robin Szeliga followed Nacchio’s actions. SEC had sued a whole bunch of Q executives for perpetrating a fraud that resulted in improper reporting of $3 billion in revenues. Q was booking one times ales as recurring income, etc. more
