Party like its 1999

Scoble is writing about Cisco’s big holiday party where they are paying $650,000 to Santana for a live performance. This is their first big bash in three years, which mean things are getting better. I wonder if this will be a line item in their 10-Q and will analysts ask them pointed questions about the party. Still, big deal… wonder what everyone else is doing in terms of parties this year.
