    Their engineering proposal wasn’t included in the released information. They did submit one. Other companies chose to redact; it seems Google chose to omit.

  2. Most of the public proposal information is incomplete because the city will not disclose proprietary information. For example, only 10 pages of the 50-page Google response were non-proprietary.
