I cannot get rid of earthlink pop ups (error 1706). I left Earthlink over a year ago and it still interfers with my opening and closing. I have spoken to Earthlink and we have removed EVERYTHING with the Earthlink name and communication sites and STILL, I am stuck with their pop ups.
