Revenues for the second quarter of fiscal 2004 were $42.4 million up from $36.5 million for the first quarter of fiscal 2004 and $15.4 million for the second quarter of fiscal 2003. Net income for the second quarter of fiscal 2004 was $4.9 million or $0.02 per share compared with a net income of $3.0 million or $0.01 per share for the first quarter of fiscal 2004 and a net loss of $7.3 million or $0.03 per share for the second quarter of fiscal 2003.
