Teleo, the portable VoIP that no longer clicks

Apparently, Teleo-software is no longer available for downloads. Did Microsoft swallow them so quickly? Repeated requests for clarification on Microsoft-buying-them have elicited no response thus far from the company! (thanks Rick)
