Telstra does a VoIP backflip

Aussie telecom giant first announced that it would offer consumer VoIP service. Then changed its mind. And now it has changed its mind, and will ultimately offer the service, but feels that it needs to do a lot of work. In other words, a classic big phone company screw-up, or the way I see, past clashing with the future.
