The VoIP Yawn

Cleaner cars and better seats make the differience, not the fact that you can go to The Bronx or Brooklyn from Manhattan. “
When will VoIP have “cleaner cars and better seats”? Do we even need them from the subway system? Shouldn’t the end users bring their own? Probably I am one of the ones who don’t get it.
