  1. Welcome Paul and Carolyn, and hey Om,

“While Carolyn is going to captain the editorial ship during the day, she also (will) make sure that I donโ€™t make grammatical boo-boos (as I often do, to the chagrin of many of my readers) and be a great sounding board going forward.”

    Forgot the “will”

  2. Hi Om,

Congratulations on completing a wonderful first year and bringing on board new stars for the future growth. It has been simply amazing to see the kind of impact you have created in just one year.

I have no doubt you are going to be a major player in this space.

    Well done; all the best.

    Cheers,
    Sushil.

  3. So I hope that you will have more time for the “Voice” section of GigaOM. That’s the one I like most, but there were fewer articles lately.

Maybe you should fill the gap with more stories from abroad? ๐Ÿ™‚

  4. Just a year?
    Wow thats some serious progress.

Great work Om! I bet this change will allow you to focus on creativity vs being stuck in day to day administrivia.

Now you can focus on becoming the next Web Video star ๐Ÿ˜‰

  5. Om, what’s up with the show not being in HD on iTunes. MacBreak is in HD and you called for higher quality video on the web but your show is in low res, what’s up with that? Trying to hide your flaws or something? Know one looks at you anyway, WE NEED JOYCE IN HD!!!

  6. Hi Om:
Congratulations for completing one year of service to netizens. I have been following your blog for quite sometime. Great stuff, intellectual and very engrossing. Frankly, I donโ€™t start my day without seeing your blog. Keep up the great work.

  7. Hearty congratulations, Om. I’m truly happy to see you being so successful.

It’s been a long time since those less than happy days in that office on University Avenue.

    Best regards,

    Bill

  8. Congrats Om,

I know you work like a maniac. Also, while I heart Techcrunch (Arrington I promise, really promise, this is no diss) but Gigaom is more focused and I love reading it. However, you shouldn’t get more rest, just spend more time writing and covering everything Noocleus Media :). Best wishes for everything GigaOM, startups in general, the new web, and new money.
