Still struggling to understand TiVo, the tinsel town tin-men are finding it tough to come to terms with the fast changing world of technology, and things like BitTorrent. And TV Brick. This one was supposed to be the next big thing. There was a big Slashdot discussion on this. According to Digital Home magazine, TV Brick is essentially a new video recorder that is “able to rebroadcast its recordings over the internet. The TVBrick is able to stream programmes stored on its hard disk to PCs or an optional receiver device that plugs into a TV.” I had about this last year over at Anders Jacobsen’s blog. I have not heard any thing more recent, especially company’s OpenBrick project.
