Wireless Westminister

Westminister (UK) is turning the London Soho into a wireless city. Wonder when NY Soho goes in that direction. From Soho, the council plans to extend the wireless scheme to create wireless ‘hotspots’ across Westminster, and then link these to form a City-wide network.
