Back up your Flickr

Thomas Hawk, an evangelist for ZoomR and a long time Flickr user alerted me to a new free flickr DVD backup service, called BackupR. Seems flickr doesn’t like it and is going to shut it down. Not sure what is going on, but seems like a reasonable idea for a user to have all their clicks on a single DVD. I find it hard to believe that Flickr would do something like that – they are a user friendly crew. Still there is a big brouhaha brewing here.
