I agree,in the end it is really customers and investors who dictate how money will be spent because companies with investment patterns that dont satisfy their customers and investors dont survive.
Which is why I ignore biz channel blather about worries over taxes, employee benefits, forex, politics. If customers decide you have great products and want to buy them, you’re an idiot if you don’t hire folks to match production to demand.
