I think Mr. Burnham makes an excellent point. Until now, Microsoft has been dozing when it came to wireless email, allowing RIM and Visto and Seven to thrive — but Ray Ozzie’s memo makes it obvious they don’t intend to let that continue, and the penetration of their Exchange servers (not to mention a free upgrade that includes push mail) is a massive advantage.
