  1. The city of Buffalo, MN has done a great job of utilizing technology and communications, this included. The city has offered both residents and business owners affordable wireless high speed internet (wave rider network) for years as they took the initiative to install their own network at a time when broadband providers were balking. As a resident, I truly appreciate the forward thinking of this small community of 13,000 residents … but growing thanks to moves like these.
