  2. Probably he can take a look at PhoneGnome or SIPPhone’s Call-in-one. PG provides voice mail to email capability. Both of them allow for PSTN line. At least currently, both of them restrict the final user interface to POTS phone. In that respect, they offer a limited set of features possible with VoIP.

  3. We use M5 and they don’t have a soft phone and their web access leaves much to be desired.

    You don’t save much money, but compared to an incumbent the flexibility is worth it since we have the option to have remote phones and add/drop easily.

    In addition to the web info, my biggest want is more flexible call center options.
