Is it a features war or a price war?

Light Reading asks the pertinent question: Is Comcast’s entry into the market a call to arms for a VoIP war? Will it be a price war or a features war? “I don’t understand the logic of throwing over the phone company and their five nines of reliability,” Robert Rosenberg, president of Insight Research Corp tells Light Reading. “But that being said, we still believe that Comcast will take 20 to 30 percent of the market over time.” Despite all the noise, Comcast hasn’t launched a feature that its competitors don’t have and its expensive. You guys make the call?
