  1. Probably I don’t fully get it, but shouldn’t we say that the system is a cooperative, rather than P2P. Also isn’t it more correct to say that the system has been bootstrpped for these three cities. I mean, if enough people in Kansas use this system and sync back the data, then others can use it in Kansas. In my opinion this indictes the power of the system.
